Alleen Mirakian has over 5 years of experience in designing, developing and delivering communications and knowledge-based products for a variety of organisations, including a women’s economic empowerment programme and international tribunals reporting on accountability for serious violations in conflict-affected countries such as the former Yugoslavia and Sierra Leone.

Her communications expertise extends to the design and rollout of communications tools that promote behavioural change through a variety of mediums, including radio and television dramas, school education campaigns, social media, as well as print, radio and television journalism. Through her extensive experience with international criminal tribunals, she possesses a strong understanding of the dynamics underpinning armed conflict and political violence.
