Glasshouse Initiatives Inc. has an expert consultant network covering anti-corruption, justice, security, peace-building and gender (women’s economic empowerment, sexual and gender-based violence, sexual and reproductive health). Comprising 25 senior development professionals, we are a tight-knit group who have worked together in challenging environments. A majority of our team have a legal background, possessing extensive experience as senior legal practitioners and justice reform experts. Two thirds of the network are women and half originate from the Global South. We pride ourselves in maintaining equity, inclusion and diversity in our work, especially with project partners and stakeholders in the Global South.
