American lawyer with over 30 yearsof experience in anti-corruption, rule of law and access to justice programmes. Ms Cox has served as Chief of Party for anti-corruption programmes in Afghanistan (USAID, Norway) and the Philippines (Millennium Challenge Account); as well as, on rule of law programmes (Albania, Bangladesh, Haiti, Liberia) and as a Senior Anti-corruption Advisor (DR Congo). She has also lectured on law (Cambodia, Turkey) and worked to improve national court systems (Albania, Guyana).
