Neha Middela is a Project Officer for Glasshouse Initiatives. She has worked on Glasshouse projects on themes of child protection, Women Peace and Security (WPS), transitional justice, and peace processes. 

 

She graduated from Yale University in 2023 with a B.A. in Anthropology and a certificate in Human Rights from the Schell Center for International Human Rights. She has worked for a peacebuilding nonprofit in Ireland, the UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Myanmar, and the Yale University Office of International Affairs as a Woodbridge Fellow.
