Ms. Shatokhina has more than 12 years of professional experience, including 5 years in international development and 7 years in financial management. She has successfully managed a portfolio of major funds in challenging and complex environments for programmes funded by USAID, EU, and the UN. Experienced in developing grant management rules/procedures and launching grants programs, she is skilled in identifying potential grant activities, preparing grant documentation, as well as, conducting monitoring and evaluation of grant implementation. A recognized expert on grants management, Ms. Shatokhina was engaged to design a new fund and management structure for the Government of Ukraine to finance innovation as a part of a project implemented by PwC UK under the UK Good Governance Fund (GGF).

Ms. Shatokhina is highly skilled in finance and financial management. For 7 years, Ms. Shatokhina worked as a Deputy Chief Financial Officer in an international holding company. She has a deep understanding of financial instruments and strong expertise in budgeting, reporting, and preparing tailor-made financial packages.
