As part of a technical assistance project to the Government of Armenia on implementing economic development reforms under the “Doing Business Reform Memorandum and Action Plan”, Glasshouse delivered monitoring and evaluation expertise including: designing a logframe, maintaining the monitoring plan, and preparing an evaluation report.
